We share your data only in the following cases: - With Shop Owners: When you place an order, the shop receives your name, phone number, and delivery address to fulfill the order. - With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (Google, Cloudinary, Pusher) to operate the platform. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the app, but you may miss important order updates.

The respective seller is solely responsible for the quality, quantity, safety, authenticity, pricing, warranty, expiry date, packaging, and legality of the products they offer. ZaikoMart does not manufacture, own, store, inspect, or guarantee any product unless explicitly stated. While we strive to maintain a trustworthy marketplace, ZaikoMart does not warrant that every product will meet your expectations. If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, incorrect, or missing product, the respective shop owner shall be primarily responsible for resolving the issue in accordance with applicable laws and the seller's policies. ZaikoMart may assist customers in communicating with the seller and resolving disputes, but ZaikoMart shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, warranty claim, or dispute arising directly from products or services provided by independent sellers, except where required under applicable law. By using ZaikoMart, you acknowledge that you are purchasing products directly from independent shop owners and not from ZaikoMart. Delivery Responsibility: Delivery of products is carried out by the respective shop owner or their authorized delivery personnel. Delivery time, packaging, product condition during delivery, and successful fulfillment of the order are the responsibility of the respective seller. Payments: Payments made through Cash on Delivery or any future online payment methods are processed for orders placed with independent sellers. ZaikoMart acts only as the marketplace platform and is not the manufacturer or owner of the products sold.
